Early in the meeting the board accepted proposed amendments to the agenda and approved the consent agenda after revisions to the May 11 and May 19 minutes clarified an executive-session item and the educational nature of a $600 supplemental grant, respectively. Later motions included approval to participate in an Organizational Study Proposal and to use current 2026 unexpended funds for needed school repairs, as recommended by Principal Carol Tomkalski. The board also voted to move a severance package and Region 1 migration costs to current unexpended funds. All recorded motions carried unanimously in the minutes; one recusal was recorded for the test-pits motion discussed separately.
