HSSB elects vice-chair, approves minutes and schedules June meeting

With a quorum present in the small courtroom of the historic courthouse, the board approved the April 8 minutes after Tom Isham moved to accept them with corrections clarifying that prior motions on Daymon Circle parcels and a Tresa Street parcel were to violate; Sheryl Webb seconded and the motion carried with no opposition.
Later in the meeting, Craig Clark nominated Richard Bringenberg to serve as vice-chair to fill the vacancy left by Hyder’s passing; Sheryl Webb seconded the nomination and Bringenberg was elected. The board set its next regular meeting for 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in the same courtroom and adjourned at 2:13 p.m.
