Finance committee transfers and a resolution approving carryover of select unused vacation days for certain employees were also adopted.
Personnel actions: the board rescinded a prior hiring resolution for a Deputy Town Clerk (Alison Lang) and approved hiring Caroline Zdimal as Deputy Town Clerk at a starting salary of $38,500 pending pre-employment testing.
