The Town Board received and filed these Planning Board decisions as department reports; the minutes record that the documents were placed on file with the Town Clerk. The board did not take separate action on those planning decisions during the Sept. 18 meeting.
Councilman Frank J. Bertoni later commented that there appears to be activity at the former KFC building; Supervisor Robert Mack identified that as a new Batch Coffee location and noted other Batch Coffee locations exist, owned by Beer Tree. The minutes do not include further land-use conditions, permits or site-specific contingencies beyond the Planning Board decisions filed with the clerk.
