"We recommend that we do grant this easement for them and this should have really little if any consequence for us," Dr Hopkins said. The board approved the easement "without objection," and Dr Hopkins said staff would work out final details.
The action was taken during the superintendent’s report portion of the meeting; trustees moved the meeting back into executive session afterward. No financial terms or specific contract numbers were presented in the public discussion.
