Gosper County Board approves payrolls, a budget transfer and interlocal agreement; authorizes BEAD letter

The Gosper County Board of Commissioners on June 30 audited and approved county payrolls and operating claims, recorded Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts, and approved several administrative actions.
The Board approved the Minutes of June 10, 2026 and audited payrolls and claims including a General Fund personal services payroll of $58,713.88 and a Road Fund personal services payroll of $51,170.20. Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts were recorded at $289,214.65.
Sheriff Richie delivered a sheriff's report. The Board approved Resolution No. 26-8 to transfer $8,983.80 in budget authority within the General Fund from the Miscellaneous budget to the County Sheriff budget (motion by Bruce Bader, second by Glenn Hofman). The Board also approved and signed an Interlocal Agreement for District Court bailiff services received from District Court Judge Heng for fiscal years 2026–2027 and 2027–2028 (motion by Bader, second by Hofman).
The Board authorized the Chairperson's signature on the Communication Operability Emergency Response BEAD letter to Governor Pillen (motion by Bader, second by Lerdall). The Board adjourned at 1:30 p.m.
