- U-21960: Sprag Operating Resources LLC — licensed as an alternative gas supplier (with conditions); order approved unanimously.
- U-21965: Wave Energy Michigan LLC — licensed as an alternative gas supplier (with conditions); order approved unanimously.
Procedural and consent matters
The meeting also approved the consent agenda and minute actions (communications, electric and gas matters) and accepted minutes from the Oct. 9, 2025 meeting. The commission opened a docket (U-15800) implementing provisions of Public Act 295 of 2008 and set a comment deadline of 5 p.m. Eastern on Dec. 8, 2025.
All votes during the business portion of the meeting were recorded by voice as "I" and carried unanimously.
