Memphis council approves police millage placement, fire budgets and routine resolutions; public hearing set for Potter Street abatement

On routine financial items, the council approved a DPW invoice from Southeastern Equipment Company for $1,302.09 for scheduled backhoe maintenance (moved by Councilmember Sopha, supported by Councilmember Zimmer) and approved a Water & Sewer invoice from VC3 for computer installation for $1,200.00 (moved by Councilmember Zimmer, supported by Councilmember Harper). The council also approved the City of Memphis Assessing Policy (moved by Councilmember Zimmer, supported by Councilmember Mazur).
