Fruitport Community Schools board expels student for at least 180 school days after closed hearing

Following the hearing, Cole moved and Six seconded a board resolution to expel Student 1203898950. The resolution directs that the student be expelled for a minimum of 180 school days and specifies that the student may apply to the Board of Education for reinstatement after 150 school days, provided the student meets all conditions of reinstatement as outlined in the board resolution. The roll call vote on the expulsion was unanimous, 7-0, carrying the resolution.
