At its June 1, 2026 meeting the Clarke County Board of Supervisors approved several routine actions by unanimous vote.
The board approved Res 26-094 to approve and sign the Northland Security Full Disclosure Dissemination Agent Agreement. The motion was moved by Brian Sorensen and seconded by Dean Robins; the vote was recorded as all ayes.
The board also approved Res 26-095 to pay claims submitted from May 19, 2026 through June 1, 2026. The meeting record includes an itemized list of vendor charges and contributions — for example, an Osc Library FY26 contribution of $11,718.59 and multiple inmate medical and meal charges — and shows the board voted to approve payment of those claims. The claims list was presented as part of the consent or claims approval portion of the agenda and the vote was unanimous.
Having completed the listed business, Chairman Randy Dunbar moved to adjourn; Dean Robins seconded and the meeting adjourned at 9:15 a.m. The minutes were signed by Chairman Randy Dunbar and attested by Auditor Jessica Graves.
