Council approves municipal-lien placement and ABC license renewal in unanimous voice vote
Summary
At the June 10 meeting Council approved Resolution No. 2026-129 (municipal lien for property maintenance violations) and Resolution No. 2026-130 (plenary retail consumption license renewal for Glory Bar & Restaurant LLC) by voice vote; motion by Gina Sullivan, seconded by Talaya Loftin, all ayes.
The Florence Township Council approved two resolutions by voice vote on June 10.
Resolution No. 2026-129 authorizes placing a municipal lien for failure to address property maintenance issues. Resolution No. 2026-130 approves the renewal of an ABC plenary retail consumption license for Glory Bar & Restaurant LLC. The motion to approve both resolutions was made by Council Representative Gina Sullivan and seconded by Council Representative Talaya Loftin; the clerk recorded a voice vote of "all ayes." Council members present and recorded as voting included Frederick Gabriele, Talaya Loftin, Gina Sullivan and Council President Joseph Frappolli; Councilman John Fratinardo was listed absent.
These items were adopted as resolutions; no further ordinance action was required.
