Trustee Alex Strysky moved to give Storm authority to spend up to $13,000 from state aid to make up the difference if necessary; Trustee Peter Weis seconded. The motion passed without objection.
The board discussed timing and funding sources briefly but did not change the authorization amount. The trustees noted the project remains subject to final vendor quotes and available incentives.
The board did not set a separate follow-up in the minutes beyond the authorization; next meeting is scheduled for June 9, 2026.
