Separately, Council approved a $23,764 change order to mill and resurface a portion of 2830 Clearview Road and install wedge curb to correct stormwater sheet‑drain issues for a nearby resident. Ms. Bernet explained the area lacks a storm sewer and will be directed to a catch basin across the street that connects to the storm sewer system. Mr. Midgley asked if the curb had been expected during prior paving; staff said the area is sheet drained and the change order provides the corrective work.
Both motions passed unanimously. Council did not approve additional capital appropriations beyond the reallocations described; details and contractor bids were referenced in staff memoranda cited in the agenda packet.
