Council approves corrected enterprise-zone agreement with Big River Resources

City Manager Bradley told the council that the original agreement contained an incorrect end date; the revised agreement remedies that error. Bradley said Big River will perform the responsibilities required by the agreement and that the city agrees no additional payments are due unless they are allowable under the current statute.
Council members did not request amendments to the agreement at the meeting. The resolution directs the City Manager to execute the corrected agreement and proceed with implementation steps consistent with the enterprise-zone provisions named in the contract.
