Casey cited setting up a digital program to track time off and payroll as an example of a relatively quick organizational improvement; he said he had discussed the idea with the treasurer and was awaiting information from the payroll service.
The board agreed to review the consultant report individually and provide comments so the item can be added to a future agenda for a detailed review and prioritization of next steps.
