Secretary B. Rowell told the Planning Board she will coordinate preparation and distribution of new Planning Board manuals for each member. The manuals will be updated with current ordinance information and procedural guidance to assist members in future reviews and permit-related work.
Board members accepted the plan and asked that the manuals incorporate the ordinance updates discussed during the meeting, including shoreland, floodplain and subdivision considerations.
Rowell will oversee the distribution and subsequent updates as ordinance work proceeds.
