Litchfield Arts Council defers votes for lack of quorum, moves to change council email and draft community survey

Barbara Buono, Committee member, introduced the idea of a community survey and workshop. Burns said she will draft the survey, coordinate with Doug on outreach and contact town hall staff to explore potential collaboration and wider sharing with the community.
The financial report, listed for the meeting, was not presented because Thomasina was not present. No formal votes were recorded during the meeting. The session concluded at 6:40 p.m.
