Michael Bellesiles moved, and Virgil Lloyd seconded, to appoint Al Bisacky as Chairman, Bob Blair as Vice Chairman and Sally Sanders as Secretary of the IWWA; the motion passed unanimously.
Bill Bernhart moved to adjourn at 8:18 p.m.; Michael Bellesiles seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
