Public Works and Parks Operations Director Travis Schwetz separately reported two 19‑year‑old heat pump units at City Hall had failed. Schwetz said five bids were received for replacement work and the low bid was approximately $51,000, which exceeded the original bid estimate and the current budget allocation; he asked the council for direction on bringing the matter back on a future agenda. No formal budget adjustments were approved during the meeting.
