Henry Hess, representing the 9 Durrells Bridge Road application, presented the four‑lot plan. Board questions focused on traffic impacts, a proposed stream crossing, and the location of the entry road. The board scheduled a site walk for that project on May 23 at 8:00 a.m. for the board and applicant to inspect the site before subsequent hearings.
No formal approvals or votes on either sketch plan were taken at this meeting; both remain at the sketch‑plan review stage and will return for further review after any required site work and board direction.
