"Cargill is requesting a revision to their last recorded land development plan to incorporate a 240 sq ft addition, totaling 400 sq ft of new impervious on the site," Ostrowski said.
Councilmember Gattis moved to approve the small building addition and a modification to SLDO §501.B pertaining to financial security; Horst seconded and the motion carried unanimously. President Hain presided over the vote. The approval was granted with the condition that the required erosion and sedimentation controls be implemented during construction.
