Council moves into executive session to discuss personnel, real estate and litigation; reconvenes and adjourns
Summary

At 7:16 p.m., Councilman Shawn Allen moved and Councilman Andrew Ferguson seconded that the Demorest City Council adjourn the Regular Session and reconvene in Executive Session to discuss personnel matters, real estate acquisition and litigation. The motion carried, and the meeting adjourned into Executive Session.
The council later moved out of Executive Session. A motion by Councilman Allen, seconded by Councilman Ferguson, to come out of Executive Session and reconvene in Regular Session carried unanimously, and the session reconvened at 7:53 p.m. Councilman Jimmy Davis then moved to adjourn, seconded by Councilman Ferguson; the motion was unanimously approved and the meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
