The nominations were made, seconded and approved by roll call. Barbara Morris was confirmed to continue as clerk after members discussed the editing and circulation process for committee minutes; Morris said the workflow is for whoever takes notes to send them to the clerk, who edits and circulates them for committee feedback before posting.
Anna Feldick led the meeting and described the plan to circulate a new schedule and updated contact list for members. At the nomination moment Feldick said, “Lindsay has volunteered to be co-chair with me,” and members proceeded to vote on the slate. Roll-call votes recorded in the transcript show affirmative votes from multiple members and the chair.
The meeting also approved the May minutes by roll-call vote earlier in the session. Members noted June minutes had not yet been circulated but would be shared later.
The committee closed the administrative portion of the agenda and turned to a longer discussion about public outreach and community forums.
