Town Council approves water and sewer rate increase, code changes and grant applications; awards splash-pad contract

On a motion from Mr. Woods, seconded by Mrs. Voiles, the council awarded the Splash Pad renovation bid to Aquafinity/Duffield Company for $56,440.45. The minutes record the motion passed unanimously; the contract amount was stated in the bid award action.
