The group also discussed cleanup tasks near Post Corner Pizza, Amy's Smile and the Splash exit 13. The commission noted about $14,000 in available funds to support projects and discussed reimbursing Pam Capella for Brick Project expenses.

The commission said it requires a mason who meets the towns insurance standards to complete brick installations; Chair Sarah Schwarz said she will call ELM to arrange a qualified mason. Members also reported that bee houses have been installed in town garden spaces and discussed replacing dead rhododendrons at the Noroton Heights train station border.
