The Bolton Planning & Zoning Commission recorded four formal actions at its Feb. 11 meeting.
1) Approval of minutes: Vice-Chair Kawan Gordon moved to approve the Jan. 14, 2026 minutes with the addition that Arlene Fiano and Joshua Lloyd had been absent. Ellen King seconded; the motion carried 7-0-0.
2) Appointment to CRCOG: Arlene Fiano moved to appoint Ellen King as the alternate to the CRCOG Regional Planning Commission for the 2026–27 biennial appointment; Kawan Gordon seconded. Ellen King accepted the appointment and the motion carried 7-0-0.
3) Reschedule public hearing: Chairman Tom Manning moved to reschedule the March 11 public hearing to April 8 and to cancel the March 11 meeting so commissioners could attend HB 8002 training; James Cropley seconded. The motion carried 7-0-0.
4) Adjournment: James Cropley moved to adjourn at 8:42 p.m.; Marilee Manning seconded and the motion carried 7-0-0.
The minutes record each motion as "MOTION CARRIED 7:0:0." Individual roll-call votes were not recorded in the minutes.
