The Charlemont Conservation Commission handled several administrative items at its Feb. 13 meeting, including follow-up on missing receipts, an extension for the Bear Swamp feeder line review and formal adjournment.
The minutes note that no receipts were received from Brian regarding the Rt. 8A car removal effort; Thorne volunteered to follow up with Brian or Chris to obtain the missing receipts. Separately, Thorne moved—and Scott seconded—to extend the Bear Swamp feeder line review to March 13; the motion was recorded as carried with "All in favor." The meeting was adjourned on a motion by Andrea, seconded by Scott, at 8:13 p.m.
Other administrative matters included direction that Thorne will draft the commission’s preliminary text for the Annual Town Report for fiscal 2024 and a note that there are no current Master Plan updates related to ConCom matters.
Next steps: Thorne to follow up on the missing receipts, prepare the preliminary Annual Town Report text, and the commission will revisit extended items on or before March 13.
