The East Longmeadow Planning Board received an update on April 7 that storm drains in the Happy Acres subdivision are clogging with sediment and that the road surface is in poor condition.
Board members directed Planning Director Robert Watchilla to draft and send a letter to the subdivision owner asking that the drainage and road issues be corrected. William Fonseca moved that the Planning Director write the letter on behalf of the Board; Cassandra Cerasuolo seconded. The motion carried 4-0-0.
The action instructs staff to follow up with the subdivision owner; no enforcement timeline was recorded in the minutes.
