Denver said he has heard from community members that the town should limit or avoid future industrial uses. Board members discussed a possible six-month timeline for drafting the bylaw. Planning Director Robert Watchilla participated in the discussion.
No formal vote was recorded on the draft bylaw that evening; the Board discussed next steps and timelines for drafting and outreach.
