Select Board approves licenses, permits and routine items; extends petition deadline

- Transfer of a common victualler license for 9 Sterling Street to Juan Castillo; motion by Matt Kobus, seconded by Sean Kerrigan, approved by roll call.
- Transfer of a Class 2 dealer license at 240 Main Street for applicants identified as Alex and Matthew; approved unanimously after discussion.
- Approval of a raffle permit for the Clinton Greenway Conservation Trust following a motion by Matt Kobus and a second from Sean Kerrigan.
- Authorization of a May 9 road closure from School Street to Nelson Street for a road race, approved subject to Police and Fire sign-offs.

The board also heard a Town Administrator report that a 40B application for 23 Coyne Street has been submitted and described upcoming steps in that review process.
