Commissioners approve routine transfers, payroll and equipment purchases; truck lease passes 3-1

- Approval of an amendment to a real estate swap/contract with Gerardo Roman to adjust the sales price after updated surveys (county to receive about $10,100 per the transcript); motion approved 4-0.
Most items were routine and passed unanimously. The only recorded divided vote was the Precinct 2 truck replacement lease (3-1). The court adjourned at about 9:51 a.m.
