The board voted unanimously to accept the agenda as presented. Later in the meeting trustees voted to accept the resignation of Michelle Carr, a school social worker, effective Feb. 17, 2026; the motion was moved by Trusty Wall and supported by Trusty Windless and passed on a roll-call vote.
The board also accepted the first reading of proposed revised and reissued policies across multiple sections (policy numbers in the 3000 and 4000 series and specific student-welfare and employment policies were listed). Trustees praised committee work updating the policies and directed staff to continue reviewing additional sections.
There were no public comments on agenda items and no contested votes recorded on these motions. The board adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
