Cedar Springs DDA approves agenda and consent items; schedules meetings and building move

At its meeting the Cedar Springs DDA approved the agenda and consent agenda by voice vote, noted the subcommittee will meet April 20 at 4 p.m., and set the next regular meeting for May 18 while staff finalizes the move to 130 West Muskegon.
The Cedar Springs Downtown Development Authority approved the meeting agenda and the consent agenda (including Feb. 23 minutes and financial reports) by voice vote.
Staff reported that the demolition and revitalization subcommittee will next meet April 20 at 4:00 p.m. and reminded trustees that the DDA office will be relocating; staff expects the new building at 130 West Muskegon to be ready for the May 18 regular meeting (date adjusted due to a holiday). Trustees were asked to review bylaws for an address update (current bylaws list 66 South Main).
Trustees closed the meeting with appreciation for Chamber volunteers and welcomed new members; the meeting adjourned at 12:27 p.m.
