Compass rose installation targeted for May; volunteers sought for June 20 State Fly‑In committee

She said Vic Roeder may need to step down from the Fly‑In committee because of other obligations and asked anyone interested in volunteering to email her. Vendor updates were provided and a sponsorship flyer is attached to the meeting agenda; staff will continue to reach out to banks, car dealerships, and other businesses for sponsorship commitments.
No formal action was taken on either item; staff will continue to coordinate legal review for the compass rose and outreach for the Fly‑In committee and sponsorships.
