At the start of the July 1 meeting a motion was made to approve the June 6 Parks & Recreation Committee minutes; a second was recorded and the roll call returned two yays (Mrs. Cooper and Mrs. Crawford) and the motion carried.
Near the end of the meeting Mrs. Carter moved to adjourn, the motion was seconded and a roll call vote again recorded approval and the meeting was adjourned. No other formal ordinances, resolutions, appointments or contract awards were voted on during this session.
