Resident entrepreneur pitches TitleRise Development Group during public comment

He added that his firm seeks to "solve the contractor shortage by vetting contractors locally" and to provide project management services "without adding to the municipal payroll."
Staff and a committee member invited Rivers to share contact information and suggested follow-up outside the public meeting. Staff also reminded attendees that the committee does outreach mainly through partner organizations and social media and that direct conversations with proposers or entrepreneurs could continue after the meeting.
Ending: Rivers was invited to meet with staff after the session; no formal committee action was taken on his proposal.
