Brickhouse said the college's original offer had proposed a $1,000 stipend for those earning $85,000 or less but that the faculty countered with a split to provide some payment to all faculty; the college agreed to the split.
Trustees moved and seconded the ratification and voted in favor; the motion carried with no opposed votes recorded in the meeting transcript.
