Sharon selectmen approve committee appointments and reappointments

Re-appointments approved by the board include Elizabeth Rybczyk as a regular member of the Sharon Sewer & Water Commission (term to June 30, 2031); Johannes Van Der Tuin to the Conservation Commission (term to June 30, 2031); and Colin Malone as an alternate member of the Inland Wetlands & Watercourse Commission (term to June 30, 2031). Mr. Brett moved to approve the re-appointments; Ms. Kearcher seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously.
Separately, the Parks and Recreation Committee recommended John Morrissey for its membership; the board appointed Morrissey to a term ending Nov. 16, 2027 following review of his letter of interest and his attendance at previous meetings. Ms. Kearcher moved the appointment; Mr. Brett seconded and the motion carried unanimously.
