After the vote an audience member, Jack Strom, said he represents nearby homeowners and asked that vehicle curb cuts and the development’s exit be routed to the interior Meadow Lane roadway rather than Thornwood Lane to reduce traffic near a cul‑de‑sac where children play. Staff agreed to obtain Mr. Strom’s contact information and have Community Development follow up.
Business from the public: David Rosenstein introduced himself and partners as the incoming owners of Norton's restaurant, said they plan to retain existing staff and to steward the long‑standing business responsibly. Council welcomed the announcement.
