At the March 5, 2020 Scott City Council meeting Mrs. Jeanne Hornsby with Fenstermaker & Associates reported that the traffic signal installation at Westgate and Eraste Landry is complete.
Hornsby said the Apollo Road project is moving in phases: phase one is expected to be completed by the end of April 2020, and subsequent phases will be put out to bid in Summer 2020. The council did not record additional discussion or questions in the transcript.
