On April 28, 2020, the Scott Mayor and City Council met in a special session at Scott City Hall and voted to grant substantial completion for the FY 2019 LCDBG Sewer System Improvements Project on West Willow. Councilman Bergeron moved the measure and Councilman Suire seconded; the minutes state the motion "carried by majority."
Mr. Mark Savoy of Groom's Engineering told the council that a punch list is currently being completed and that as‑built drawings will be filed with the city. No public comment was recorded on the item.
