Easton EMS Building Committee approves septic sand, holding tanks and septic galleries

Committee members agreed that temporary backfill to allow ambulance access can proceed, provided it does not interfere with environmental testing or regulatory requirements. Paving of the area in front of the ambulance bays was deferred until legal and regulatory direction is clarified. The committee suggested placing a barrier fabric or marker layer where backfill occurs so the area can be reopened if future excavation is required.
