Agent David Barber said the rezoning would bring the property into compliance with current land use needs. Commissioner Charles W. Oddo moved to approve the rezoning and Vice Chairman Edward Gibbons seconded the motion; the vote was unanimous with Commissioner Eric K. Maxwell absent.
The parcel is subject to State Route Overlay requirements if developed under C‑H zoning; staff noted a stream behind the property would be addressed during development review.
