River Ridge board re-elects officers and administers oaths to newly elected supervisors

The River Ridge Community Development District Board of Supervisors on Nov. 19 adopted Resolution 2025-02 to elect board officers and administered oaths to newly elected supervisors.
At the start of the meeting Mrs. Adams presented Resolution 2025-02. Terry Mountford nominated Bob Schultz as Chair and himself as Vice Chair; Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill were nominated as assistant secretaries. On a motion by Mountford, seconded by Blumenthal, the board adopted the resolution with all in favor. The resolution left several prior appointments unchanged, listing Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary and Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer.
Later in the meeting Mrs. Adams, acting in her capacity as a notary, administered the Oath of Office to Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5). The board reviewed required ethics-training and financial-disclosure filing obligations, and Mrs. Adams said the district will add the required four-hour ethics training deadline to the Key Activity Dates list for FY2024–2025.
The meeting proceeded with regular business after administration of the oath. The board set a next meeting date of Dec. 10, 2024, at 1:00 p.m.
