Town Manager Sara J. Liscomb reported that the Lobster Festival "went over great," noting it produced the biggest dinner sales in the town’s history and that attendees enjoyed the parade and car show. She also announced she passed a certification test and is now a Certified Clerk of Maine.
Selectman R. Hemenway thanked staff, specifically Sara and Misti, for their work on town events. The chair raised a separate operational issue recommending 'No parking' signs be placed in front of Brookside Cemetery.
During public comment, J. Jacobs asked whether capital improvement plans are in place. Selectman S. Ribble asked whether letters could be sent to Planning Board members who are not attending meetings. The Selectmen noted receipt of a letter from the Historical Society as an FYI.
