Chair G. Harrington called the Winter Harbor Selectmen meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2025. The board approved the minutes of July 28, 2025 (vote recorded as Approved 2-0) and approved Warrants #6 (Aug. 5) and #7 (Aug. 7) by a 3-0 vote.
Selectmen approved the Treasurer’s Report dated Aug. 7, 2025 (Approved 3-0). The report listed the Trio-General Ledger balance as $613,251.14 (8/7/2025), a six‑month certificate of deposit at $105,382.87, and investment/bond holdings shown as $3,499,504.31 (5/31/2025) and $3,522,980.90 (6/30/2025).
The Tax Collector’s Report dated Aug. 7, 2025 was approved 3-0. Taxes receivable and collection rates were recorded as FY25 $30,730.02 (98.75%) and FY24 $5,610.55 (99.74%). The Selectmen also signed the Return of Warrant for County Commissioner as part of routine business.
The board noted these items as routine fiscal housekeeping and took no additional action. The meeting adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
