The minutes list Scott Wallace (President), Todd Koch (Vice President), Robyn Norbeck (Treasurer), Daniel Stawinski (Secretary), Abigail Wasil (Trustee) and Kathleen Moco (Trustee) as present; Rebecca Jensen was absent. The meeting adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
