Mandeville, La. — At a July 1 joint meeting of the Municipal Police Employees’ Civil Service Board and the Municipal Employees’ Civil Service Board, Chairman Brian J. Burke moved to set a 2.8% cost-of-living adjustment (COLA) for Municipal Police employees and to recommend a 2.8% COLA for non‑police city employees for fiscal year 2026–27.
