Later in the meeting the council approved change order number three for the Alidor drainage improvements project to finalize contract closeout and pay outstanding items; the figure listed in the published resolution text in the meeting was transcribed inconsistently, and the engineer's earlier presentation characterized the balance as roughly $15,000. Councilors also approved a resolution authorizing an agreement with Crescent Multimedia Solutions to install audio-visual courtroom systems for the historic courthouse and a training room, which the parish president said was needed now because courthouse occupants will work temporarily from parish offices during renovation.
