Resident submits drainage plan and offers site tour after Middle America visit

She said neighbors plan to attend a 4:00 meeting and offered to show board members and staff the layout in person.
Wagner described taking visitors up S Avenue and around the property so they could see topography and the proposed ditch location. She asked the board to review the drawing and said she had made copies for county staff. Wagner also noted that Webster County's engineer had shared photographs of vegetation under solar installations; she said the exchange was constructive and invited the board to a tour when the corn is not in the way.
The board acknowledged receipt and thanked Wagner; no formal action was taken during the meeting.
